When a customer needs to transition operations from one facility to another, the challenge extends far beyond transportation.
Future Transfer recently supported a customer through the decommissioning of an entire facility as part of a move into our network. The project involved the removal and coordination of bulk storage tanks, process piping, pumps, utilities, structural steel and other heavy process equipment.
More Capability Under One Roof
Future Transfer has more than 50 millwrights, welders, fabricators and maintenance professionals who support complex industrial projects in-house.
This gives our customers access to capabilities that can include equipment removal, relocation, fabrication, installation and commissioning without having to coordinate multiple outside contractors.
Supporting the Full Transition
For customers moving production or consolidating operations, this creates a more streamlined path from the existing facility into a new operating environment.
Our teams can help manage critical equipment through the transition while connecting those services with Future Transfer’s broader manufacturing, warehousing and logistics capabilities.
It is another example of how we approach supply chain challenges: understand what the customer needs, bring the right capabilities together and get the job done.
