Charlie Perera is President of Future Transfer, where he leads the company’s growth and its commitment to solving complex challenges for customers.
Charlie joined Future Transfer through a co-op placement and built his career across the business, moving through site leadership, regional leadership, and executive roles. Working close to both operations and customers gave him a clear view of what sets the company apart: the ability to bring technical manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and transportation together around each customer’s needs.
Throughout his career, Charlie has focused on creating opportunities for Future Transfer to do more for its customers. During his tenure, the company has grown from approximately 300,000 to nearly 3 million square feet of operating space and from about 50 employees to nearly 600. Its manufacturing capabilities have expanded from basic blending to complex chemical formulation and packaging, alongside a broader supply chain network.
Today, Charlie is focused on deepening customer partnerships, developing new markets, and leading Future Transfer’s expansion into the United States. He is equally committed to building the people, capabilities, and systems needed to support the company’s next stage of growth.
