Charles brings more than two decades of experience in the agricultural industry, taking on progressively greater responsibility across customer service, inventory management and supply planning. Early in his career, he spent a decade managing Canadian customer service for a global leader in livestock genetics. He then moved into planning roles with a large multinational agrochemical and seed company, broadening his expertise in coordinating supply chain activities. His leadership approach combines practical problem-solving and collaboration with a commitment to building enduring customer relationships.
Since joining Future Transfer in 2020, Charles has managed high-performing warehouse facilities, kick-started asset-based logistics services in Manitoba and launched operations in Elie, Manitoba. He has also structured the planning organization to support significant company growth, including the addition of the high-throughput Warman location. These contributions have helped expand Future Transfer’s value-added services and prepared the planning team to further support a growing business.
In his current role, Charles focuses on establishing consistent planning processes across Future Transfer’s national operations to deliver a predictable customer experience. His priorities connect day-to-day production support with the company’s broader growth objectives.
Charles holds a Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba.
