Chan has extensive experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, transportation, and logistics. His leadership style is hands-on, practical, and focused on results, with a strong belief that there is always a better way to do things. He is passionate about taking care of customers, developing people, and building long-term business relationships based on trust and service.
During Chan’s leadership, Future Transfer has experienced significant growth in both size and capabilities. He is particularly proud of the people and culture that have been built at Future Transfer. He believes the company’s success comes from having great people who care about their work, support each other, and understand that taking care of customers is the foundation of a successful business.
Today, Chan remains actively involved in Future Transfer’s strategic direction, major customer relationships, new business opportunities, and long-term growth. His current focus is supporting his leadership team as they continue to strengthen and expand the company’s Canadian operations, while also leading Future Transfer’s expansion into the United States.
He continues to challenge the organization to improve, invest in its people and find better and more efficient ways to support its customers.
Chan is a graduate of the University of London in the United Kingdom, where he studied Business Management. His formal education, combined with decades of hands-on business and leadership experience, has shaped his practical approach to growing and leading Future Transfer.
